A note from Jessica:

I have a passion for working with youth and families and helping them connect and build upon their already existing foundations. I love helping parents connect with their children while teaching them how to enforce boundaries and maintain a loving relationship. I have experience working in crisis centers and doing crisis interventions. I have worked with domestic violence victims, survivors of sexual assault, people who are or have experienced homelessness, youth that have been expelled or ran away from their homes, and addiction.

I believe in using a spectrum of strategies that allow the client the flexibility to define their needs and authenticate that they are the expert of their life. I believe that everyone has their own unique story, and that they deserve to be heard and are worthy of acceptance. I’m so grateful that I can walk alongside my clients on their path of discovery, empowerment, and healing. I strive to create an environment that fosters a trusting relationship and empowering clients achieve their goals.
