THERAPY TYPES: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy.
